Are You Changing Your Business Model For 2009?

I have only been online for three years, and only making a living from it for two, so at first I was reluctant to change things that were working for me. But after building my list and seeing things from a slightly different perspective, I am now more willing to make some changes.

The thing I will not change is my Mentor Mastermind program. It is limited to 40 people, and I have four openings left. The only time that will change is if someone in my program feels they do not need the regular time and help from me, and then I will open up another spot for someone new to join. These are the 40 people that I will do joint ventures with in the coming years. I hope to know them for many years to come because they are my tribe – a part of my extended family.

I will be changing the way I teach technology. During the remaining weeks of the year, and there are only eleven more remaining, I will be switching over to webinars as the way to properly teach my students every aspect of technology that I know. Most people are visual learners, so that seems to be a wise decision.

There will be more changes, so I will keep you in the know about what is to come in 2009. I have many new goals to work on, as the ones I set for 2008 have become my online reality. Let me know what you need and want from me in 2009.
