This is the second time I’ve held the 30 day power blogging challenge during 2009. The challenge is to blog 30 times during the 30 days. Today is day 30 and very few people have contacted me to tell me they have reached their goal.
This does not surprise me at all. When I first came online in 2005, I thought that everyone was a go-getter, and that the competition would be fierce. I soon found out that those working online were similar to those in traditional offline jobs, and that most people did not follow through and complete what they had set out to achieve.
I see this as one of the great things about having your own online business. If you are a finisher, someone that is persistent and does what needs to be done, you can make as much money as you want to on the internet.
Please let me know if you were one of the finishers who met this 30 day blogging challenge, and I will mention your name and the url of your blog in this Wedesnay’s post.

Hi Connie:
I think I did it! I counted and recounted and I have 30 blog posts. Some are better than others which taught me alot about being more prepared so that you are not writing 3 posts in one day! But I am happy that I did it and look forward to the opportunity to try again. Thanks for the challenge Connie!

Hi Connie – I didn’t find out about this until it was underway. I blog every day on two blogs…can’t wait for the next challenge…I’ll be there!

Hi Connie,
I’m on the tail end of the project.
I didn’t find it until today. I’ll admit it, I have posted 30 blog posts in 30 days, over a number of blogs.
Some really cool, others lukewarm.
Thanks for the challenge, and reminding me to challenge myself!
