You can recommend what you love to the people on your list to earn a percentage of the cost as an affiliate. Affiliate marketing is the process of recommending and promoting the products and services of others, in return for a commission. When I worked in real estate for many years this was a common practice, so I understood it immediately when I came online. Whenever someone would move in or out of the area, or there was a property that required specialized knowledge, we would just make the referral to the best person, knowing that we would receive a percentage of the commission once the sale had been completed.
I like to think of it in a similar way on the Internet. If someone on my list wants to learn something on a topic that I am not an expert in, or do not have a course on, I want to be the one to refer them to the program that would best serve their needs. You can make this a part of your business model while you are creating more products of your own.
Carrying this a step further is even better for your business. What I mean by this is that I like to offer the people who purchase through my recommendation (my affiliate link) something extra. It may be a phone consultation to discuss their business, a special report, or an invitation to one of my teleseminars or webinars. That way I can stay connected with them to help them move on to the next phase of their online business. This just seems like the right thing to do.
Recommending what you love can be a lucrative proposition. Take a look at what you have already purchased on the Internet, and see if there are products and courses that you would be happy to tell others about. Add this as part of your business model to increase your bottom line. You can download my special report on affiliate marketing here.
