I have been writing articles for two years now. My goal was to write 1000 articles during this time, but I am only at about 894. This is because I have been writing eBooks, teaching writing, technology, and marketing courses, and doing some public speaking, as well as just writing articles.
The idea here is that I have been able to write so many articles during this time because I do it consistently. If you are willing to make article writing a priority in your business, you will bring in new prospects on a daily basis. Your articles will be picked up by other sites and more people will find you than you ever thought possible.
I like to write one article every morning, before I check email or do anything else in my business. That way I know that I have marketed myself and my business before I move on to other activities. By making this daily committment, my list has grown, my credibility has improved, and my writing has also become mush better. In the very beginning I used to count how many words I had written every few minutes. Now I can just feel when I am at about three hundred words, and I usually end the article right at that point.
I encourage you to write one article every day. Each day that you do this will move you forward in your business and improve the way others perceive you. Article writing and marketing got me started online and continues to bring me new prospects and clients. It has also helped me to position myself as an expert in my field.

Hi Connie, it was pleasure for me to discover your blog through twitter and my getting here has been a useful time well spent. If I wanted to purchase any self-help book before, but now I don’t feel like buying any because you have hit a home run with this post.
You explicitly lay out what I had been keeping off for long time. That’s by telling me how you made a commitment 2 years ago to start writing 1 article every morning. That’s one idea I ethically steal from this great post of yours.
Keep it on and I will catch you on your next post.
