Writing well will increase the sales of your ebook. But what about when people share your ebook with others who have not paid for it? This will not be a concern if you strategically place affiliate links throughout your ebook.
When you buy a product or service online and find it helpful, you will want to share it with others. The best way to do this is through affiliate programs. You sign up as an affiliate and are given a special link URL that identifies you as the referring party. By placing these links in your ebook, anyway who reads it and then clicks on those links will be putting money in your pocket.

Great information on using affiliate links in ebooks. Very few people do this and it is a great way to generate revenue.
I have a 200 page free ebook that is not only very, very content driven, there are at least 50 links throughout. Some of the links go to products and services I am an affiliate of, some of the links go to websites or landing pages for products and services I am not an affiliate of.
What I like about the information you provided is it is clear and virtually anyone who reads it should look at each eBook they take to market and make sure they are fulling optimizing their affiliate opportunities.

Thanks for the tip. This is new to me.
So, are affiliate fees paid based on click-throughs or on actual purchases made as a result of that link? It sounds like they are simply based on traffic directed.

Hello from beautiful Montana:
How do you get people to leave comments on your blog? I use blogspot.com and it does not provide a spot like this.
Very interested in your information and perhaps we can do some joint ventures.
Thanks,
