I have been promoting other people’s eBooks for more than two years now, but when I wrote my first eBook I was hesitant to let others sell it for me. I do not know if I was afraid of something, or if I just did not understand the process. I do know that once I began paying 50% affiliate commission to others who sold my eBook my income increased dramatically.
If you have been promoting other people’s products on Clickbank to create a passive revenue stream you know that writing articles and blog posts about the other person’s eBook topic is the best way to make sales. You can purchase a domain name and forward the affiliate link to the domain to mask the long affiliate link. This way you can post the domain in forums, in the resource box at the end of your articles, or in your blog posts.
When you have written your own eBook you will find that an affiliate program is the best way to make additional sales. My shopping cart has a built-in affiliate program that was easy for me to set up. Now when someone becomes my affiliate they have a variety of products to promote, giving us both an opportunity to make more money. What about you? Will you sell more eBooks by having an affiliate program?
