Thank you for taking a look at a variety of eCourses from people who have information to share. Take a look to see which may be of interest to you. Once you opt in, check your email to confirm that you want to receive their eCourse. I have found that about ten percent of people requesting information never receive it because they overlook this crucial step.
Once you receive the first email message, scrutinize it closely to see if it is clear to you who the person is and what they will be teaching within their eCourse. Part of the purpose of sharing these is for all of us to learn from each other and make some changes to our eCourses that make sense. These are some of the things I looked for and I would like for you to do the same:
- Is the person writing the eCourse including their name in the “from” section of the email and at the end of each lesson?
- Are they using [brackets] that identify the email message as part of a training? For example, for my eCourse on “How to Become a Speaker” each subject line had [Become a Speaker] at the beginning.
- Are the lessons easy to read through and follow?
- Do they engage you as the reader and learner?
- Are the lessons too short, too long, or just right?
- Are you learning something valuable to your future?
- Is there something for sale? This is important because we are only in business if we are earning income.
I have opted in for each of these and am reading each lesson, but remember these are from entrepreneurs not associated with me. I cannot guarantee or otherwise endorse the products or services they may be recommending or offering.
Your goal is to connect with a few new people. These entrepreneurs are action takers.
