Over the past three years I have written several e-courses, so you can imagine my embarassment when Pat O’Bryan asked me for the link to one of them on his webinar last night. Instead of searching frantically through my hard drive I simply wrote a new one. It took about two hours and the topic of this particular e-course is, appropriately, ‘How To Write An E-Course For Ongoing Profits’. It is 5 lessons long and you can let me know what you think of it. My e-courses have all been free, but I am now putting one together that will be paid and include written assignments.
This morning I have been repurposing this e-course into articles, blog posts, and an outline for a teleseminar later this week. Repurposing allows you to get the word out about what you are doing much more easily.
Being able to prepare something quickly will help you to build your online business. You need to be able to speak and write about your niche topic very easily so you don’t miss out on any opportunities, such as when I was asked about this last night. Over time it becomes much easier, so just keep writing and talking about what you do and what you know. Remember to always think about it from your prospect’s point of view. We all want information that will help us to achieve our goals. You’ll achieve your goals when you help others achieve theirs.
