Someone emailed me yesterday to ask more about how to set up her autoreponder messages. She was confused about how to set it up and what to write. I wrote back and asked her if she had thought about taking a training course to increase her skills for her online marketing business. She said that she just can’t spend any more money until she makes some money on the Internet. I told her I would be happy to take a look at her sales letter and any information she had about what she was selling online. She then told me that she does not have anything for sale.
The question I ask my students is ‘What’s for sale?’ This may sound elementary, but you must be selling your own or other’s products, courses, or coaching in order to make money on the Internet. If you have nothing for sale, and you are not promoting an affiliate product, it is impossible for you to make any money.
The solution is to create a short report or a teleseminar course on your niche topic and offer it for sale. You can also choose 2 or 3 affiliate products that are relevant to your niche and promote them as well. Set up a blog and an optin page to build your list. Email the people on your list at least once each week to let them know what you are doing and how you can help them. Offer free weekly teleseminars to generate more leads for your business.
Ask yourself ‘What’s for sale?’ at least once a week.
