At some point you make enough money to pay for everything you want and need, and then some. That happened to me this year, and I finally realized it was never just about making money. Sure, increasing your income with an online business is wonderful, but there is so much more you can do with your life.
Realize that if you learn how to build an online business the day will come when you are earning more than you ever have before. That took more than three years for me, but it will vary from person to person for a variety of reasons. We are still in the pioneer days on the internet, so if you are serious about creating products and services that will help people you will achieve success. Then you must decide what to do next.
Luckily for me, I began to volunteer and be involved with various charities at the same time I came online in 2005. It opened up a whole new world for me, one where I was able to help people in need, both in my own community and around the world. My focus and mission went from just wanting to make money at home on my computer to wanting to be a part of things that were much bigger than I could ever imagine.
