Outsourcing is the term used to describe the process of having other people assist you in your online business. Many of these people will not even live in the same country as you, but they will become valuable members of your team. This may be a completely new idea for you. If so, learn something about how it is done and you will be successful.
First of all, decide what areas of your business you need help with. The first thing I outsourced was the submission of my articles to multiple directories. I continue to do all of my own writing, but after I submit my article to the largest directory, Ezine Articles, I turn it over to the people who help me. They know exactly what my requirements are, so it works out very well. Other areas you may need help with include web design, graphics, technology, customer support, and more. It is up to you to decide if and when you will turn over those tasks to others.
You may feel that you cannot afford to outsource, but once you see that you are working at below the minimum wage for activities done faster and better by someone else that may change. I need to keep my time open for writing, product creation, and live training with teleseminars and webinars. That is the highest and best use of my time.
Ask people you know for referrals. That seems to be the very best way to find people to outsource your work to. There are also sites on the internet where you can see examples of someone’s work before asking them to bid on a project for you. If you do this right, you will find that you are spending very little to have others work for you, allowing you to become much more productive.

Connie, I completely agree that outsourcing is necessary. Before reaching out for help, I found myself spending valuable hours working on administrative tasks that did not contribute to my bottom line. Since hiring a Virtual Assistant I am able to save time and focus my efforts on the work that I genuinely enjoy.
