Productivity is a topic we don’t talk about nearly enough online. If you previously worked in the corporate world or in education, as I did, you know that you are accountable for what you do each day. Once we become entrepreneurs, that concept seems to be all but forgotten. You will be reminded of it when your bottom line is much less than you expected it to be, so it may be easier to find a solution that will help you to build your business.
You may think that I am talking more about time management with this topic, but productivity is about much more than that. You first want to make a list of all of the activities that will make you money online. Then make a list of what you need to do to make that happen.
You may outsource certain activities, so your action process would be to find someone to complete that work in an acceptable way, both in terms of cost and value of the completed work. If you do it yourself, ask yourself what you need to be able to complete the task faster and easier than you are doing right now.
Make a schedule for the next thirty days. See if you can be more productive during that period of time than you have been during the previous thirty days. In my business I write articles, blog, hold teleseminars and webinars, create my own products, and promote worthwhile and appropriate affiliate products. I am constantly looking for ways to increase my productivity in these areas so I can increase my bottom line. You can do the exact same thing just by giving it some thought and then taking action.
