Finding the time to do all of the things necessary in building your online business can be a true challenge. This week on Twitter (follow me if you aren’t already) many of us had a discussion on how we manage our time to accomplishment so much online. Even spending time on Twitter can eat away at your time if you aren’t careful, so make sure it is a good use of your time while you are there.
One of my mentees, Paula Eder, is an expert in time management. Paula has excellent tips on how to make time management work for you. She will show you how to find another hour every single day. I highly recommend that you sign up for her tips if time management has become an issue for you.
I have been following Alex Mandossian’s method of creating a to-do list every day, listing everything I want and need to accomplish by the following day. Using this method allows me to start each day where I left off the day before. As I complete an item I draw a line through it, giving me the feeling of satisfaction in accomplishing my goal. I also continue to add new items to my list throughout the day. This has helped me to be more productive than I ever thought possible, while still having the time to do the things I enjoy away from my online business.
What are your time mangement tips? Share them here so that we can all have a better way to find the time we need to get everything done.

Time management has been a struggle for me for as long as I can remember. When I’m at my most efficient I list all the things I needed to accomplish for the week. This has to be done before Tuesday or the week is shot. Then each day I pull items from that list. By the end of a good week I’ve done everything that was absolutely necessary and even had time to tack.le some extras.
