Are you writing an eBook on a topic that people are interested in purchasing? The only way you will know is if you do your research before you finish writing. Many people do not want to spend the time doing their research, and then are disappointed when their eBook does not sell. Here is how to turn your eBook around so that you can make passive income by writing about what you know and love.
- Spend as much time as possible researching the keywords people use when they are searching for information on your topic. If you have difficulty determining which words describe what you are writing about, look for sites that are doing something similar to what you want to do and see which words they are using.
- Make an honest assessment of your topic. Is this information already available for free somewhere else online? If so, you may want to rethink your topic and how you are presenting it.
- Decide if you will need to change or alter the way you are writing to better fit the wants of the people you are trying to reach. People purchase information on what they want, not what you think they need. You must always keep this in mind when writing online.
- Write your sales letter at the same time as you are writing your eBook. This will give you more ideas about the benefits your eBook will have to your prospects, and help you to write a book that meets the needs and desires of your target audience.
Once you have written your eBook, see if you can rewrite it to fit other niches. For example, if you write about how to purchase a home if you are a first time buyer, you can easily write another eBook on how to purchase a home if you have just moved to a new region. You can end up with a series of eBooks that fit the needs of several target audiences.

I agree with the idea of doing plenty of research for your e-book project because without the right research, you may not be providing the up to date information that is needed for such a project.
It is vitally important that you provide current and up to date information inside your e-book because that’s what people want. They don’t want yesterday’s stuff, they want what works now.
As an e-book author myself, I have learned just how powerful research can really be for your business. I spend much of my time doing research, and it really does pay off. I have taught myself some valuable lessons about Internet marketing through proper research.
As far as e-book authoring goes, I firmly believe that extensive research is a must. You must research your topic thoroughly because even though you may know a great deal about the topic at hand, there still might be some new information that you do not yet know, and you must find it and add it to your e-book.
By doing the proper research on your topic for your e-book, you will be creating a product that will indeed sell online, and make you an income for years to come. The more high-quality products you create and do research on, the more money you’ll make in the long run.
If you do all the proper research, just imagine having your own profitable e-book that will make you money. You can do this time and time again with each new project that you start. Just remember to do the research, and gather the latest information on your topic, and you’ll be set to crank out a winning info product.

Thanks! I have started an ebook, and was going to include 3 sections, relating to three different approaches, according to whether it is a regular consumer, or investor, etc. Silly me! Make it into three ebooks. See you on Twitter!
