Your article marketing strategy will make a difference in your level of success online. Marketing with articles is all about the keywords. I was recently listening to an online marketer discuss why he did not believe that writing articles was a valuable use of his time. His click through rate was low, around 6%, and he was not getting the results he wanted. I quickly took a look at his article titles, and they had very few keyword phrases that people were searching for when they were looking for more information on his particular topic.
Google has a free tool called the Keyword Tool External. I visit that site about once a month to see what people are typing into Google when they are looking for information on the various topics I teach. I make a list of these phrases that I can look at whenever I am writing a new article or a post for one of my blogs. It makes such a huge difference to use these phrases as your titles. And once you have been doing this for awhile, you will know exactly which phrases are best for your business.
Now it’s time to get to work. Write articles that explain what you know on your topic. You shouldn’t have to do any research because your niche is something you know very well. Start writing, and teach your readers something about your topic in the article. Keep your articles to about three hundred words in length, and divide them into short paragraphs. Choose a keyword rich title, and then you are ready to submit that article to the article directories.
