Words are very powerful. They can change lives for both the better and the worse. If you have written an eBook or short report, you have most likely used the power of your words in an attempt to make someone else’s life better than it was before they read your material. But now you must also use your words to make sure the people who need to hear from you most will have that opportunity. These words are called copywriting.
Copywriting on the internet is referred to as web sales copy. We have all seen the long pages of text that tell us why we should sign up or buy whatever the writer is talking about. If you are like me, you may quickly scroll to the bottom to see how much they are charging.
This is not the way to reach people. Instead, learn the art of writing web sales copy and your products and services will be seen by eaxactly the people who need to see it. Allow me to explain what I am talking about here.
Not all web copy is created equal. There are certain ‘elements’ that go into a great sales letter. I have made a study of this over the past two years, and now I am able to write copy that makes a connection with my readers. When people can see themselves in what you are writing, they are more likely to purchase. Price is no longer an object. I learned how to do this from people who have done it best for the past ten years or more on the internet, and even longer before the internet was so accessible. I continue to learn these techniques, and now teach them in my courses.
